Elegant Caribbean comfort describes this beautifully appointed Villa on St. John, US Virgin Islands, overlooking the calming waters of Fish Bay. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, Casa Del Palmas is designed to comfortably accommodate large families, groups of friends, and small retreat groups, up to 12 guests.

You will find privacy with individual suite style bedrooms as well as a variety of open indoor and outdoor spaces to play games, gather for conversation, dine, lounge poolside, practice yoga, or tuck in alone to read a book. Casa Del Palmas is nestled hillside in a lush and quiet neighborhood only ten minutes from Cruz Bay, providing convenient access to Cruz Bay’s shopping, water sports, groceries and restaurants. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and pool toys are also available to use during your stay.

Enjoy days of hiking and snorkeling the many Virgin Islands National Park trails and reefs. Go boating or go explore some of the many plantation era ruins, or simply lie by the pool with a book and glass of wine. No matter what your choice, Casa Del Palmas is designed to relax and rejuvenate the most road weary guest.

Rates are based on the number of guests staying. Base rate shown is for up to 6 guests. Additional cost of $50 per guest, per night up to 12 guests. Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Please inquire for accurate rates and availability.
For up to 6 guests, you will have the upper level living and kitchen areas, the 3 upper bedrooms (2 kings, 2 twins that can be made to king), lower screened patio and outdoor spaces, pool deck and outdoor bar. The lower King, Queen, and Twin bedrooms would not be accessible, but you will have complete privacy with no other renters!

For 7-8 Guests, you will have a choice of one lower level bedroom as well as all the upper level amenities. Please let us know which room you would prefer to use upon booking.

For 9-12 Guests, the whole house will be accessible.

1. Pass the Westin and Chocolate Hole, toward Fish Bay.
2. After you pass Dittlif Point, continue on main road through Fish Bay. You will NOT be turning off this road, however the name of the road changes.

Everything you need

Communication was excellent. Service can be hit or miss in St John so pre communication was very much appreciated! They also kept us in the know of any power outages throughout our stay. Solar was a life saver! Our hosts met us at the car ferry and led us to the house and gave us a tour of everything. The amenities were great…they have everything you would need. The house was super clean. Great stay!!

Wonderful for groups!

Casa del Palmas was a wonderful home away from for our big family group!!! This is a very comfortable, gorgeous home with lots of room and wonderful common areas where people can hang out together! The hosts were very responsive too!

Fantastic Stay

Our three-generation family of ten had a fantastic stay at Casa del Palmas. This was our third villa rental on St. John and though all have been nice (it says something that we keep coming back!), this one is my new favorite. The house is lovely and was perfect for a multi-family vacation. Each couple and set of kids had their own comfortable, private space and the shared spaces facilitated lots of fun family time together. We cooked dinner in the spacious and well-appointed kitchen almost every night and enjoyed eating all together around the big table where there was room for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed afternoons with the kids in the pool and the adults around the outdoor bar. We loved the relative quiet of the Fish Bay neighborhood. It's a 15-ish minute trip into Cruz Bay and a great home base for exploring all St. John has to offer. We also appreciated the beach chairs, coolers, and other gear available to guests. Would definitely come again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay and highly recommend this Airbnb. It was great for adults and kids. We had plenty of space and the house is beautiful. Fish Bay is a great area and a convenient location to town. They had very helpful things that are hard to travel with like beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and beach toys. The kitchen had everything we needed to buy food at the market and make most of our meals at the house. The pool was wonderful and we really enjoyed the large porch for sunsets. Highly recommend this house!

Perfect House!

Our party of 9 loved Casa del Palms! It started before we arrived, with constant communication with the management company. Ensuring everything was perfect for arrival. Tiffany, with the team, met us at the car rental and drove us to the home and was ready to answer any questions. Such a nice touch! The house is perfect, all you have to worry about is which beach to pick daily! Towels, chairs, its all there. The house was big enough we all had our own areas to relax, but with great central hang-out locations. The views were perfect for morning coffee or a nightcap. Location is peaceful, serene and convenient (about 15-20 mins to most things). Rental cars are a must, but they are easy to park in the non-steep driveway (especially as compared to others!) Thank you to Roseanne and the management team for a perfect getaway!!!

An absolutely beautiful location and home! The space was comfortable and the beds were Goldilocks comfort for us. The kitchen had all the comforts and necessities of home. We also appreciated all of the small and thoughtful details provided by the host!

Couldn’t ask for a better house

Just spent a week at the house with my four children. Couldn’t ask for a better house. Amazing views, secluded, and serene. Kids loved the pool. Only 15 minutes to Cruz Bay. The property management company is excellent. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful property and great location!

Great home with plenty of room to spread out for multiple families. We rented out the whole house (upstairs and downstairs) and it was great for our two families of 2 adults / 2 kids (7 and 5). Families should be aware the only way to get between the first floor and the basement is through outside stairs. This was very clear in the listing, but not always ideal if you have small children. House was well stocked with everything you need to stay, and the communication with the property manager was very quick and always helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay on St. John!
