This two-bedroom villa is perfect for honeymooners or couples traveling together who want to relax, recharge, and enjoy the sights of St. John. Â
While heading into town for dining, shopping, and more is certainly acceptable, you'll find that the villa itself has just about everything you need for an ideal getaway. Â
This open-style home is fitted with comfortable furnishings, plenty of seating inside and out, air conditioning, an infinity edge pool with running waterfall, and a new  backup battery Tesla Powerwall for power outages. The Great Room features a flat panel TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, beautiful wood dining room table, and a cozy leather couch. Couples, Honeymooners, and Families will enjoy the many amenities offered at Reef Madness. Â
Each of the two master suites  have plenty of space and include a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, a  huge walk-in shower with a view, air-conditioning, and a flat screen TV  in an armoire. The poolside bedroom suite has a king bed with a leather  headboard and an ornately carved bed frame and dresser.Â
Reef Madness offers amazing panoramic views from every room and was truly constructed with couples in mind. The covered decks design ensures trade wind breezes and sun as well as shade all day long. Reef Madness is the perfect private island hideaway! Â Â

Reef Madness Our Favorite
We have stayed at several villas on St John and they have all been great, but Reef Madness was not only our favorite there but of any villa we have stayed at anywhere. We had an issue with our main room AC unit that was out of their control and they handled it as well as they could have. Communication with their team was great and we just couldn't have been happier with the house overall. When it's time to book our next st john vacation we will only be looking at Antares properties.
Heaven on Earth
This villa is absolutely stunning. The view of coral bay is breathtaking whether sitting on the expansive porch or lounging in the infinity pool. Waking up to the sounds of the roosters and bleating baby sheep never gets old. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need while on vacation....sunscreen, bug spray, snorkel gear, beach chairs and and coolers. It is located near several markets to get your groceries as well as restaurants....pristine beaches are also a very short drive. The Antares team is very responsive to all inquiries and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
Beautiful and relaxing Villa over looking Coral Bay
Coral bay is a nice quiet side of St John’s. Local restaurants have been excellent for casual Island Lunches. Reef Madness has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Well stocked with kitchen equipment and updated . appliances.Comfortable beds and sofa to relax on.Bedding, bath room towels all good quality. Enjoyed the music sound system throughout the house and on the pool patio. Infinity pool was a great view over the bay. Highly recommend to meet with the management team so they can show you how to find and navigate the driveway to the home. We would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in St John many times and this was the best villa experience we’ve ever had. Every aspect of this villa was designed to maximize your experience.
Wonderful Home with Beautiful Views
The management company was very onboard with our arrival and departure. A great and comfortable home situated high above the waters of Coral Bay. My wife and i had an amazing time relaxing by the pool in the evenings enjoying the sunrise and sunsets of the St.Johns. Reef Madness is truly on our minds for our next visit.

An incredible property, very clean, beautiful, breathtaking view, and well equipped with all you need for a fabulous vacation. Kitchen had everything imaginable and there were also beach chairs, pool noodles, and other floats for both the beach and the pool. Our family had an incredible time. The solar backup power was a lifesaver when several power outages occurred throughout the week. The drive up to the house is an adventure and you should never attempt it without a Jeep or other 4 wheel drive vehicle.

I've lost track of how many times I've been to St. John. Over 20 times now. We've stayed in various locations and all types of lodging. Reef Madness is my new all time favorite. The sunrises were spectacular and I never got tired of the view. Best stocked kitchen I've ever seen and large comfy king beds. AC in bedrooms and washer and dryer. Communication with Property Manager was outstanding. Hate to recommend it because I'm afraid it will be booked when I want to come back, but they deserve it.
Perfect
Stayed Jan 13th to 20. We've been to Coral Bay twice before at some nice places but Reef Madness has been the best. Everything was perfect, clean and very well equipped. Pool gets sun all day and is in low 80's. Beds are very comfortable and the villa is equipped with everything. Management was super and very pleasant as well as helpful. I can't say enough. Reef Madness was absolutely perfect!!! Views were amazing -pictures don’t do it justice. The house is very well stocked with anything you could possible need. Antares took great care of us. Kathleen was great meeting us after hours. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or better company to work with. In the process planning another trip now and will def be booking with Antares again!!

Can not say enough great things about our stay. The house had amazing views and the house was stocked with everything you needed. Check in process was smooth and my husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon so much thanks to reef house. We are dying to come back already.
