Coral Rays

Very peaceful and private property. Need a jeep for getting to it but allows privacy and breathtaking views!

As a family of five, we loved the privacy, stunning views, pool, hot tub, and grill! There was plenty of space to relax, swim, and play games.

The house was perfect for our group (5 adults, 2 children). Great layout, everyone had their own space and storage but plenty of common area for everyone to comfortably be together. Kitchen lends itself to entertaining/hanging as a big group. Pool was perfect for days we stayed at the house. Owner and property managers couldn't be nicer or more attentive. House had all the things you don't want to pack - beach towels, chairs, floats, coolers, blenders, thermoses, tupperware, etc. Great outdoor showers. Very clean. No complaints!

This house was amazing! The kitchen was perfect for me and my crew to cook, hang, play games and enjoy ourselves. The views are also amazing. The house doesn’t get a ton of sun so didn’t use the pool much but definitely used the hot tub which was incredible. Coral Bay is a quiet part of STJ so a lot of people take the 20/30 minute ride to Cruz Bay- drivers beware the roads are windy, steep and pretty scary to drive on. The roads and driveway to this house are especially tough but you get the hang of it eventually! We stayed in the lower pod with the outdoor shower which was incredible. The porch is the perfect morning yoga spot. The house has so many amenities to make your stay comfortable. Also- the property management company Antares was hands down the best to work with. One day they even helped us with a dead battery on our rental car! Would recommend this house if you are looking for comfort, solitude and peace.

Coral Rays Villa was a great villa for my husband’s and my 11 day stay, and the entire staff at Antares was amazing. We have been traveling to St. John for over a decade and can’t believe that this was our first time using Antares, but it won’t be the last. The views from the villa are fantastic and make it hard to motivate to leave each morning. The bed and pillows are comfy. The kitchen layout and appliances are great. The kitchen is well stocked - we got a kick out using a protein shaker as a cocktail shaker for our picnic lunches lol! We love wine, and having a wine refrigerator was awesome. The location is super - in just a few minutes you are at the Coral Bay triangle. We were routinely one of the first to arrive at beaches like salt Pond, Great Lameshur and Francis in part due to the shorter drive compared to Cruz Bay villas. The road and driveway are 100% paved and while the angle is a little tricky we quickly got the hang of it. We personally did not use 4WD even when it was raining. We did have to stop for goats on the villa road every evening - they liked sleeping in the road! 😂 The pool deck gets full sun all day which we love and which also made the pool water comfortably warmer than at other villas. Having multiple blue tooth speakers was a nice treat. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and REI insulated coolers were appreciated and put to good use. There was also a neso tent however we did not use it. We left behind some sugar to make sugar water for the bananaquits - we enjoyed watching them as much as they enjoyed the sugar water! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coral Rays - wish we were still there!!!

The house layout is amazing! It was perfect for a girls trip but would also be wonderful for a big family or multiple couples/families. The pool and view is incredible! I literally took a picture every time I walked out on the porch. You could spend your entire day relaxing at the house but there are some really great beaches and restaurants nearby so I recommend you do some of both! We loved our time at Coral Rays and will definitely be back!
