Enjoy panoramic ocean and sunset views from the hilltop terrace of this comfortable villa, located on the west side of St. John, minutes from crystal clear beaches, the Virgin Islands National Park, car and people ferries and downtown Cruz Bay. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom standalone villa provides casual island comforts for a family of four. It’s the perfect place to come back to and relax after a fun day of snorkeling in the blue waters of St. John’s pristine beaches. A few steps down the hill you can also enjoy a fresh water splash in the common area pool. It’s a place where you can prepare a homemade BBQ in the gas grill while enjoying the sunset, or head down to Cruz Bay and enjoy an outstanding meal from one of the many delicious restaurants.

Great rental with beautiful view and 5 minute drive to Cruz Bay.

Great rental in St John! We are a family of four and had an amazing week in St John. When we got off the ferry we were greeted by Tim from the management company and he drove us to pick up our jeep rental and took us right to the property. It is in a great location. Just a 5-10 min drive to Cruz Bay. Highly recommend this rental.

Awesome family vacation

Our family of 4 spent a week at this apartment. The views from the balcony were beautiful which made for nice evening BBQ's. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The pool area also had beautiful views. It is located close to many great beaches and restaurants. It was a great place for us to recharge our batteries before another day on the spectacular beaches of St. John. Highly recommended for a couples getaway or family vacation.

Totally over the expectations!

Great location in the hills with breathtaking bay views. The Villa is part of a calm condominium easy to get and close to grocery markets. Gorgeous Living Dining area with open kitchen and terrace looking to the bay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one in suite) with cozy decoration. We had a great time with our three kids; they keep talking to about the Villa and St John vacations. Will be back soon! Highly recommended for family trips or as a romantic getaway
