This postcard perfect cottage sits on a gentle grade across the calm, protected water of US Virgin Islands Coral Reef Monument and Hurricane Hole. Newly constructed 2020 with convenient road access, fully paved drive, and private beach shared by 4 other houses. Swim, snorkel or explore Hurricane Hole in the provided 2 man kayak.

Enjoy all the creature comforts of your new St. John home away from home, including full kitchen, internet/wifi, smart TV, “Alexa” Echo Show 8, King bedroom with air conditioning and TV, Solar power - Tesla back up battery, washer and dryer use for 1 week stay or more, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, bbq grill, beach chairs, and beach towels.

The cottage is conviently located in a quiet, private area, less than a 2 minute drive east of Coral Bay, 5-10 minutes to the east end beaches, 15-20 minutes to the north shore and south end beaches. The large 450 square foot covered veranda is perfect place to lounge or dine, while enjoying the cooling trade winds and panoramic views of the Virgin Islands National Park.

LOVE this private place!

Dorothy & Fernando are excellent hosts! Great communication, super laid back & nice. They had great suggestions on things to do and places to go. Beautiful location right by the beach! They provide a kayak to roam around in, which we did multiple times! The cottage is so nice & clean & I love the location. Will stay again!

Thank you staying with us. We are happy you loved the house and the location and it was great to see you out on the water and enjoying the kayak. You took some beautiful sunset pictures!
