Perched atop a ridge on Upper Carolina, Villa Circe offers panoramic views of the islands surrounding St. John. From Jost Van Dyke on one side, over to the sweeping valleys and waterfront of Coral Bay on the other. This multilevel home is the perfect getaway for a large family or group. A paved driveway with private electronic gate access and lush landscaping lead to this incredible villa. Outside you will find the large pool deck and lounge chairs that offer the perfect platform for taking in the views and the sun.
The upper most level features a large open floor plan with the living room, TV, dining room and kitchen. Great for entertaining. Large sliding glass doors facing North and South allow fantastic trades winds to flow throughout the main room. The wrap around deck features outdoor furniture as well as a hot tub with BVI view.
Upstairs has three bedrooms all with personal AC. One King bedroom has its own bathroom and the other 2 King bedrooms share a bathroom with an outdoor shower. Each room also has sliding glass doors that lead out to the wrap around porch. Outside on the deck you will find comfy outdoor seating to take in the views of the British Virgin Islands. The fourth bedroom is located on the middle level and features a Queen bed, en suite bathroom and AC. There is also a washer and dryer located off of this bedroom. The house is equipped with Tesla solar power in the event of an island outage.
Through the French doors leading into the main room on the middle level you will find two additional bedrooms and the game room, outfitted with everything you need to stay entertained or host the best Super Bowl party. There is a kitchenette featuring a full size fridge, wet bar and basic utensils for eating and bar tending. Nintendo Switch in lower-level TV for all your gamers. Large sliding glass doors lead out to the wrap around porch on this level that also feature stair access to the pool level. On this porch you will find the pool table that converts into a ping pong table as well as a dining table. Exercise equipment available including yoga mats, resistance bands, and kettle bells. The two additional bedrooms feature King beds, AC units and a shared bathroom. One King can be converted into two Twins upon request.

Absolutely Perfect
The house was absolutely perfect. The views were breathtaking, pool and hot tub were amazing and layout worked perfectly for our daily. The hosts really thought of everything - every amenity, kitchen tool, pool accessory you could think of. Greeter, Tamara, who welcomed us was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.
Such a great stay!
Not only did Villa Circe exceed our expectations but everyone we were in contact with during the entire process was so kind and helpful. Navigating St. John (especially for the first time) is very tricky but they have their own personalized app to the stay with all the information and help you would need. The views are unmatched, the house so comfortable. I would 100% stay there again. Such a great stay!
Villa Circe checks all of the boxes!!
We stayed at Villa Circe for a week in November with our young children and our parents… it was amazing!! First of all, the Antares team was so accessible and helpful. Our greeter (Katherine) went above and beyond when our incoming flight was delayed, she went to the grocery store and picked up some groceries for us so we could have them the next morning! Also, the owners of Villa Circe were so accommodating, they sent down baby gates prior to our arrival so we could have them during our stay. These little things go such a long way in making you feel comfortable while on vacation. It was truly so nice. As for the house itself… it is stunning! You can tell the owners have put a lot of hard work into restoring and redecorating this house. It is so tastefully furnished and decorated, plus it has everything you need and more. I still can’t get over the views! The fact that you can walk around the wrap around deck and see Coral Bay on one side and the BVIs on the other side is so unique. Pictures really don’t do it justice. And the location is so convenient to everywhere- just 5 minutes down to Coral Bay, 10-15 to north shore beaches, 25 to Cruz Bay. It was truly the perfect house for a family vacation, and very kid (and baby!) friendly! We will absolutely be returning.
50th Wedding Anniversary
Villa Circe was a wonderful venue to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our extended family. It provided several large gathering places, as well as many private getaway spaces. The game area was ideal to keep the grandchildren busy. The solar panels and Tesla batteries were critical in keeping the electrical on when the island experienced power blackouts during the week. The views from the villa are spectacular from all directions. One side is Coral Bay, and the other is the British Virgin Islands. The villa is ideally located for Coral Bay and the north beach activities and is not far from Cruz Bay. We are very happy we chose Villa Circe for our week in Saint Johns.
Lovely villa
Lovely villa with exceptional views and a wonderfully helpful and accommodating staff. It was so well stocked too! Anything you need for cooking, including a fully stocked spice cabinet is there. Plenty of pool and beach toys and beach chairs. Would love to stay again! My only complaint is that my son never wanted to stop swimming 😆
Spectacular!
We have been coming to St. John for over 30 years and have stayed in several villas. Villa Circe was one of our favorites! The views are stunning! We could not believe how beautiful, clean and well appointed the house was. We needed nothing! The layout was perfect for our children and grandchildren with plenty of room to spread out and games to play. We were concerned about the stairs with a toddler, but didn’t need to be. We took many walks up and down them, with no issues at all. Good way to get your steps in!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Another great week at Villa Circe. We could not say a bad thing about staying here. The balance between a bit farther out and quiet nights was perfect. A quick drive to Coral Bay or 30 minutes to Cruz Bay. The drive to North Shore beaches was quick and easy. The house had everything you could need from coolers to beach chairs. The kitchen is well stocked and the deck grill is great. The pool is great for after the beach or a quiet day at the house. The hot tub is a nice way to relax after the sun goes down. The house set up is an excellent for a large group with kids, as you can put them in the lower and they can have their own space. The drive up is easy, the gate works to keep the bigger wildlife out. The views, especially at daybreak and dusk can’t be beat! I recommend this Villa Circe for a family /group vacation without hesitation!
Great place for larger group on quiet side of island!
Had a wonderful stay at Villa Circe with friends! 5 couples had plenty of space to gather as a group or spend a little quiet time alone. Great amenities and excellent response from property management when something was needed. We had some strong winds and storms mid week and a solar panel came loose. They were on it immediately. Also had some problems with the gate which they addressed promptly. They also helped us find some last minute dinghy rentals one day. Always helps to have someone assist you in finding reputable services on island. Oh and did I mention the views? Well they are fabulous! Would definitely recommend for a large group or family.
Great Family Getaway
Just an amazing place for a big group with tremendous views of Coral Bay and the British VI's. Lots of room for hanging out as a group and on your own. Great kitchen and grill for big meals. Hot tub and pool were really nice when folks wanted to stay at the Villa. The Antares' folks who managed the property were great as well with logistics and planning. Very good to work with before and during our trip.
The only place we will ever stay
From the views to the decor, the Villa Circe was perfection. We had all the amenities to cook for our family, gear for the beach and views for days from every part of the house. We can’t wait to return.
