
Bungalow Blue is set above the jungle canopy with amazing views of the serene Coral Bay Harbor. This newer, custom designed home sits in a private location, yet is walking distance to restaurants, shops, groceries, and water activities such as kayaking and paddle-boarding.
The Bungalow has a large screened in porch, with ample space to kick back and relax while listening to the birds, frogs & sounds of the island. This home is the perfect spot for a couple's retreat or a romantic getaway!
The open floor plan includes an up-to-date kitchen with stainless steel appliances a new Vitamix blender, a living room with flat-screen Smart TV with Blu-Ray DVD player, WiFi, Amazon Echo Show for additional entertainment and large doors leading onto the screened in porch. The bedroom features a Queen bed with a private entrance and A/C. In the living room you will find a cabinet-style Murphy bed with a Queen mattress. Please note, there is no A/C in the shared areas but there is direct access and breeze from the screened porch.

We loved everything about the place and the hosts response to our few minor problems was as much as we could’ve hoped for. I found the place exactly met expectations based on the host descriptions. Views were fantastic, and we really enjoyed the openness of the place.
This place is absolutely amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, lovely bedroom and bathroom and seating area and let’s not forget the screened in porch that overlooks Coral Bay. I cannot wait to come back and stay.
Bungalow Blue was very comfortable with a fantastic view. We could have never left the house and been happy. It had a well stocked kitchen. This is important since there is not a plethora of places to eat in Coral Bay. We will definitely book here again.

We stayed at Bungalow Blue for our two-week trip this year and it was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed. We usually stay in Coral Bay when we come but have rented different villas each time. What drew us to Bungalow this time was the open design and screened-in porch that gave the entire home a spacious and open feel. We knew there had been record rainfall so bugs would be plentiful and the ability to walk freely from kitchen/living room to the porch and sit outside in the morning and at dusk while protected by the screen was ideal. The kitchen was completely up-to-date with everything we needed and the info packet from Antares covered all the bases. We had a couple glitches but things happen that were out of everyone’s control and Kelsey and Erika were very responsive. We lost power island-wide but there were battery-operated lights and fans until power returned. Also, the control board on the oven died and the needed part had to be backordered. But the staff was incredibly empathetic and offered us an air fryer and convection oven to cook, which we really didn’t need because the stovetop still worked and the gas grill was all we needed. But knowing the people cared and that they were available makes all the difference. Bungalow is not as high up as others we’ve rented, so we didn’t quite have the expansive view of Coral Bay or the benefit of trade winds being higher. But, seriously, is there a bad view anywhere on Coral Bay? And not being as high up also meant we didn’t have to traverse the really rough roads that are filled with rocks and holes. It’s paved most of the way up and there’s only about 100 yards of a rocky driveway, and it’s really not that bad. Plus, it’s in walking distance to a supermarket, three restaurants and some shopping at Isola. It was a great vacation and I highly recommend both Bungalow Blue and Antares.
What can I say about this property? Everything about it was amazing. Check-in and communication with the property managers was top notch, with information about check-in, actives, etc. all provided in an easily accessible website/app. The view was spectacular and the inside and outside of the property was exactly as described and pictured. We loved the open air feel to the property and loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the amazing views.
This was my fourth visit to St. John and the first time we stayed at Bungalow Blue. It’s a perfect place for two people who want to be close to the action in Coral Bay! It’s cozy yet spacious, with a surprisingly large and well-equipped kitchen.I loved the indoor-outdoor space created by the combination of the living room (sizable all by itself) and the beautiful screened-in patio with a view of the bay. I could have spent the whole week sitting on the sofa on the patio looking at the bay … except that Bungalow Blue is also very conveniently located to everywhere else we wanted to go in Coral Bay. It’s just a short drive (and even a short walk) to the bay itself and all the shops and restaurants we wanted to go to. It was a great week!

The perfect stay..we enjoyed every sunrise and sunset In this magical location. The covered porch made breakfast and any meal extremely enjoyable. This house exceeds all expectations providing everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach gear. It is on the far end of the island so you will definitely need a rental to get back and forth to town and all the picturesque beaches. We really enjoyed it!!!
We had a most wonderful time at Bungalow Blue. Location was perfect for getting to restaurants, Dolphin market for supplies etc. So happy we took Roseanne's recommendation to rent a vehicle. The Jeep was perfect for navigating the many hills, and getting to our very favorite Cinnamon Bay Beach!! The kitchen was nicely outfitted allowing us to cook a few meals at home. We really enjoyed the whole peaceful Coral Bay vibe, and especially the spectacular view of the Bay and distant hills. Burgers and rum punch at Skinny Legs were so awesome. Thank you Roseanne, and your team for communicating with us so well. We plan on being back.
